ORION OFFERS NEW PRODUCTS
Tuscany Cornice Line Expanded
Building on an already popular line is always a good marketing strategy, according to Atul Patel, President of Orion Ornamental Iron. "Our Tuscany Cornice line of lightweight, metal cornices has always been one of our unique and most popular entries in the drapery hardware market."
The Tuscany Cornice Collection has recently been increased to 20 different styles. "All are available motorized with Somfy motors or with cord drawn tracks traversing tracks from Kirsch and with rods for sheers or drapes
underneath," said Patel. Styles are available in three different heights: narrow (up to 3-7/8"), medium (up to 4-3/8") or tall (up to 6-1/8").
"Since we offer custom widths, heights (with multiple product heights) and projections, the cornices can be used in any room size and with any decor. They also come with or without a wood duster in three different projections-3.5", 5.5" and 7.5". When the customer provides a template, cornices can also be bent for bay windows or other special applications.
"With today's larger windows, cornices offer designers a unique, but simple solution for decorating. All of our styles are available in 31 Iron Art finishes, plus custom,” said Patel.
Designs range from the very traditional Acanthus or Tulip to transitional such as Swirls and Mosaics to contemporary such as Infinite Geometry and Windblown. Theme styles such as Sea Shore and Bamboo Delight also present a wide range of choices to the customer.
New Bohemia Collection Offered
The Bohemia Collection of decorative hand-crafted, faceted crystal finials has been expanded and new styles offered. “We are offering finials with the look, sparkle and glamour of crystal, without the usual high prices,” said Atul Patel, president.
Bohemia prices will continue to be around $50-$70/each retail: The line now includes 22 faceted finials in unique shapes and styles. The Bohemia Collection is designed to fit three sizes of round iron rods: ¾”, 1” or 1-1/4”. Rods are available in Orion's 31 Iron Art Finishes, as well as 6 contemporary metal plated iron finishes, including Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, etc.
“With the multiple finishes we offer, the look of these crystal finials can range from traditional to very contemporary;” said Patel. All rods are also available in custom finishes.
Tuscany Traversing Introduced
Orion introduces our newest line of traversing hardware, with a totally unique look: embossed, very lightweight metal fascia. The line comes with heavy duty hardware, and rings. It is available with Somfy motors, as well as Kirsch track.
Tuscany Traversing comes in 10 different styles ranging from traditional Acanthus Leaf to transitional Metalweave to contemporary Royal Road or Spring Leaf. All styles are available in custom cut lengths. (Styles over 108" must be shipped by truck line.) Tuscany Traversing is available in Iron Art’s 31 finishes, plus custom.
The varied designs of the Tuscany Traversing line also coordinate with two other Orion products: Clip-A-Crown, metal valance designed for new or existing blinds for doors, and Tuscany Cornice.
Use any Tuscany product alone or with one of its complementary products to create a look that is totally unique.
